Discover the joy of spontaneous creativity in this fun and engaging improv class designed especially for adults 55 and older! No experience needed-just a willingness to play, laugh, and connect. Through simple games and exercises, you'll build confidence, boost mental agility, and improve communication skills. Improv encourages active listening, sharpens memory, and fosters social connection in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Whether you're looking to try something new, stay mentally sharp, or simply have fun, this class is a great way to express yourself and meet new people.
